My five-night stay had its ups and downs. While the hotel was conveniently located near SDSU and the Gaslamp District, and the staff were mostly friendly (except for one front desk employee), the room's USB chargers didn't work. I received a partial refund, but the additional breakfast charge was unexpected. The hotel is a very comfortable place to lounge, but the location is pretty far from the main attractions.

A fantastic stay! From the comfy beds to the friendly staff and convenient location near SeaWorld and Fashion Valley Mall, everything was perfect. The complimentary popcorn and drinks were a plus! I'd definitely return.

Three nights of comfort and convenience! The free popcorn and water upon arrival were a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The one-bedroom suite was modern and well-equipped, though a safe would have been nice. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring San Diego.
